How Nura began

Two best friends, one goal.

We're Fien and Sara. We've known each other since primary school and have been inseparable ever since — through school together, studying together, trying out every new health trend together. We exercise a lot, watch what we eat, and scrutinize every small habit to see what could be improved.

And yet something kept nagging at us. An afternoon slump that left us barely able to keep our eyes open around three o'clock. A bloated feeling after eating. The sense that, despite all those salads, we weren't getting what our bodies actually needed.

That felt off. We were doing everything right, and yet something was still missing.

Why we decided to do it ourselves

The market gave us two choices. Both felt wrong.

On one side, the drugstore: shelves full of mass production. Affordable, but not the quality we'd choose for ourselves. On the other, the expensive premium brands: often good, but you pay just as much for their advertising budget as for what's actually in the bottle.

We wanted something in between that didn't exist: top quality, without the markup for marketing. So we went looking ourselves for manufacturers that met our standard. We chose production in Germany, under full GMP certification, with every batch lab-tested. No vague "proprietary blends." No promises we can't back up.
