Welcome to Nura ("Nura", "we", "us", or "our"), a brand of Nura Biolabs. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of our website, webshop, and all associated content, features, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Our webshop is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer the Services to you.

By visiting, using, or making a purchase on our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, available on our website. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you have under applicable consumer legislation.

Access & Account

By using the Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

To use certain parts of the Services, you may need to provide information including your name, email address, and delivery address. You agree that all information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will update it in a timely manner if anything changes.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or license your account to third parties.

Our Products

We strive to describe and present our products as accurately as possible. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and screen settings. Small manufacturing variations may occur.

Nura products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. In case of doubt, always consult a physician before using a new supplement.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your shopping cart. We reserve the right to refuse an order in whole or in part. Your order is considered accepted once we send you an order confirmation and payment has been successfully processed.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is accepted and in processing, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

If we cannot accept your order or need to cancel it, we will inform you via the contact details provided. Any amounts already paid will be refunded.

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website. You declare that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or commercial distribution.

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. In principle, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. For sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal has been broken after delivery, where the legal conditions for this exception are met.

In addition to your statutory rights, Nura offers a voluntary 30-day return period for products that remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Prices, Taxes & Payment

All prices in our webshop include applicable VAT and are stated in Euros, unless indicated otherwise. For sales subject to Dutch VAT, dietary supplements are generally subject to the Dutch reduced VAT rate of 9%. For cross-border sales within Europe, a different VAT rate may apply where required under applicable VAT and distance-selling rules. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We may offer promotions and discounts from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotional terms for that specific offer shall prevail.

By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total order amount.

Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping Policy, available on our website, forms part of these Terms. Estimated delivery times and available shipping options are displayed on our website and at checkout. These times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have if products are not delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content on them — including text, images, designs, logos, product names, videos, and other materials — are owned by Nura, our affiliates, or our licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial use. Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Services, nor use any Nura trademarks, logos, or product names.

External Links & Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or content. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites, nor for the products or services available through such sites.

If you choose to visit external sites, you do so at your own risk. We advise you to review the terms and privacy policy of any external sites you visit.

Relationship with Shopify

Our webshop is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Although Shopify provides the platform, your purchase agreement is between you and Nura. Shopify is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the products you purchase from us. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or claims you may have directly against Shopify under applicable law.

Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Because our webshop is hosted by Shopify, your personal data may also be processed by Shopify and its service providers. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy and Shopify's privacy documentation.

Reviews & Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you grant Nura a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content for purposes such as improving and promoting our products and Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you provide. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or offensive content. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights regarding reviews in your country of residence.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nura, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, representatives, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or purchase of products through the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim during the 12-month period prior to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring legal proceedings in the competent court of your country of residence or in the Netherlands.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website, along with the date of the last revision.

The Terms that apply to an order are the Terms in force at the time that order is placed. Updated Terms will apply to future use of the Services and future orders from their effective date. In the event of material changes, we will notify you where required by law.
